These terms cover your use of rageedge.ai and our beta programs, run by RageEdge AI Private Limited ("RageEdge AI", "we", "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms. We have kept them plain so you can actually read them.

Our products have their own terms

A pilot or deployment of the RageEdge Platform is covered by a written agreement with your organization. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement wins.

AidEcho has its own terms of service at aidecho.com/terms.

Friendbird and Askbird will show their own terms in the app. Until then, these terms cover their betas.

Using this website

Use this website within the law. Do not try to break or overload it, get around its security, or send false or harmful information through its forms.

Betas

Friendbird and Askbird are in beta. They are free while in beta, and they may change, have bugs, or pause. We will tell you before a beta ends. Friendbird is for adults 18 and over.

AI can be wrong

Our assistants are tools, not experts. Their answers can be wrong or out of date, so check anything important, and do not rely on them for medical, legal or financial decisions. Every Friendbird companion is an AI, not a real person, and not a doctor or counsellor. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis helpline right away.

Our content

The text, design, graphics, logos and software on this website belong to RageEdge AI or the people who license them to us. Please do not copy, change or reuse them without our written permission. You are welcome to link to any page.

Availability

We work hard to keep this website and our betas running, but no service is perfect. We may update, pause or change features, and we will avoid surprises where we can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, this website and our betas are provided as they are, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the recent period. We are not liable for indirect or unexpected losses. Nothing here removes rights you have that cannot be removed by law.

Ending

You can stop using our website or a beta at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or puts others or our services at risk.

Changes

If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top and, for important changes, let you know. Continuing to use our website or betas after an update means you accept the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute between us cannot be settled by talking first, it goes to the courts at Hyderabad, and both of us agree those courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you rights you cannot sign away, nothing here takes those rights from you.

Names and logos

RageEdge AI, AidEcho, Friendbird and Askbird, and their logos, are names of RageEdge AI Private Limited. Other product and company names on this website belong to their owners. We mention them only to describe how our products work with them, and mentioning them does not mean those companies endorse or are connected with us.
